Thank you for shopping with FurVault™. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We ship internationally from our fulfilment partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 14–25 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high demand periods.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery.
Customs & Duties For international orders outside the UK, customs fees or import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
